Shipping Options and Costs
At CELVARIS we want receiving your reagents to be simple and transparent. That's why we offer free standard shipping on purchases of $2,000 MXN or more, and an Express option for those who need their material as soon as possible:

National Coverage
We ship to all 32 states of Mexico, including Mexico City and its Metropolitan Area, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Querétaro, and the rest of the country's major cities, as well as extended areas. We ship Monday through Friday on business days.
Delivery Times
Express shipping is typically delivered within 24 to 48 business hours depending on the area. Free standard shipping is typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination area, carrier availability, or external factors beyond CELVARIS's control, such as weather conditions or periods of high demand.
Order Processing
We prepare and dispatch your order within a maximum of 1 business day. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. usually ship the same business day; orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time is in addition to the carrier's delivery time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our facilities, we'll share a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time until delivery. If you don't receive your tracking number, write to us at info@celvaris.mx and we'll be happy to help.
Packaging and Protection
Each order is shipped in a sealed, discreet box with impact protection to preserve the integrity of the products during transit. We take care to ensure your reagents arrive in optimal condition and offer a replacement guarantee for damage occurring during shipping.
Addresses and Delivery Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. CELVARIS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@celvaris.mx so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
- Verify street, number, neighborhood, postal code, and references before confirming.
- Make sure someone is available to receive the package.
- Include a current contact phone number for the carrier.
Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 72 hours of delivery. If your package is lost or tracking shows no progress, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We will resolve each case in accordance with our replacement guarantee for shipping damage.
Research Use (RUO)
CELVARIS products are reagents and peptides intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory research (Research Use Only). They are not medications or products for human or animal consumption. By receiving your order, you confirm responsible handling and storage of the material in accordance with applicable regulations.
