IMPORTANT NOTICE. By purchasing from CELVARIS you confirm that you are over 18 years of age, that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and that you commit to responsible use of the products. All products are sold exclusively for scientific research purposes and are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms") govern access to and use of the website celvaris.mx ("the Site") and the purchase of products offered by CELVARIS ("CELVARIS", "we"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site or make purchases.

2. Nature of the Products (Research Use Only)

The products offered by CELVARIS are reagents and peptides intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory research (Research Use Only, RUO). They are not medications, dietary supplements, or consumer products. They are not approved by COFEPRIS or any health authority for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic, or disease-prevention purposes. The customer is solely responsible for the handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Eligibility and Responsible Use

By using the Site and purchasing products, you represent and warrant that:

You are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
You will use the products responsibly and for research purposes only.
You will not resell the products as products for human or animal consumption.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. User Account

You may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@celvaris.mx.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. An order constitutes an offer to purchase; CELVARIS reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Payments are processed through the methods enabled on the Site; by providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use it.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are indicated during the checkout process. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond CELVARIS's control. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the products, returns are accepted only in the cases set out in our returns policy (for example, damaged product or an error in the order), and only if the product has not been opened or tampered with. To start a request, contact us at info@celvaris.mx.

8. Distributor Program

CELVARIS may offer a distributor pricing program subject to specific terms communicated separately. Participation in this program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, or agency between the parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (trademarks, logos, text, images, designs, and software) is owned by CELVARIS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use such content without prior written authorization.

10. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, not to introduce malicious code, not to engage in practices that affect the Site's operation, and not to impersonate any third party.

11. Limitation of Liability

The products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CELVARIS shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products or the Site. The customer assumes full responsibility for the handling and use of the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CELVARIS, its representatives, and staff from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the products.

13. Changes to the Terms

CELVARIS may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the Terms then in effect.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, waiving any other venue that may apply to them. The foregoing is without prejudice to any rights granted to the customer under Mexican consumer protection law (PROFECO).
